RDF MILITARY CONTINGENT CONCLUDES EXERCISE JUSTIFIED ACCORD 24

Today, the RDF Military contingent successfully concluded a joint military exercise, codenamed Justified Accord24, in Kenya at the NANYUKI-Basic Counter Insurgency, Terrorism, and Stability Operations (CITSO) centre after two weeks of intense training.
 
Ambassador Robert Scott, Deputy Commander for Civil-Military Engagement (DCME )  at United States Africa Command, who concluded the exercise, congratulated the participants for their outstanding commitment during the training. He urged them to utilize the knowledge and skills acquired to contribute to security on the continent.
 
Deputy Commander of the Kenya Army, Major General David Tarus, highlighted the noteworthy collaboration observed during the exercise. Despite differences in languages, experiences, and operating environments, the participants successfully worked together, aligning with the course objective of enhancing readiness and interoperability.
 
Throughout the training, participants focused on engaging in multidimensional activities, involving military, police components, and civilians.
